The staff were all so friendly and helpful! I sadly can't remember the name of the man who helped us check in and told us how to use the cable cars, but I'm so grateful for all of your help and for being so friendly and welcoming! The pool is small, but beautiful - It's rare that reality is as beautiful as the website pictures, but the pool area really is stunning. The room was big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, great for vegetarians too. And the staff are happy to make specific coffees and hot drinks for you which is a lovely touch. Food in the restaurant was also delicious.

Great facilities and nice for a relaxing stay. There was not much personnel in the pool area, not any actually. You have to call down to order drinks and snacks. Room service is very slow and they got our order wrong, they did however compensate for this poor service. Overall a good stay, but we did expect more on the service front.

It’s just a really good hotel, and it does all the little things right. The staff are amazing and a special mention of Erwin and Rowena who were super helpful and very nice people. They gave us a late check out.

The design of the hotel is very modern and creates a relaxing and culturally immersive atmosphere. Surrounded by Bolivian art. The staff were fantastic and very friendly facilitating our every need. It was a great place to stay with comfortable beds! It was the perfect location to leave your luggage whilst flying to UYUNI and right by the cable car into the city.

The views were phenomenal from Atix. The room was a nice size and the staff were all helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the bar on the top floor as the cocktails were top notch. The location was good for the most part and taxis were easy to come by to take us anywhere else we needed to go. Lastly, this hotel is essentially a gallery. The art throughout the hotel is beautiful and well curated.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, adding to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort.

The staff was some of the best I’ve seen in my travels! The rooms were comfortable, hotel decorated beautifully, and the pool was fantastic! Breakfast was always great, and I loved how they featured local food for dinner too!

The staff was especially helpful and friendly. We had lots of extra requests - like luggage storage over days, early breakfasts to go, etc. and they never hesitated to help us out. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms really comfy. We will stay here again whenever we come back for work. Plus, they have a female driver for the airport transfer. I wish this was something needless to point out, but in macho Bolivia, this is one very nice step in the right direction.

This hotel is amazing, the facilities are not only very new, but also artsy and very well put together. Our room, standard queen, was very comfortable, the pool and the jacuzzi were perfect to relax and the staff was very friendly and efficient.

The hotel was amazing. Loved all the art and the services were brilliant. The stand out though were the staff, they were all exceptional, from the front office, restaurant and the house keeping. They all went out of their way to ensure we were happy. Another point hotel drivers were extremely professional. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.
